When an order is placed, the total amount of this order (except products on sale and shipment costs) will be used to calculate the amount of points earned. For every 1 euro spent, you will receive 1 point. When spending 100 euros, you will receive 100 points, with a value of 5 euros (5% of the order).

All pending points are added to your Saving Points account and will be released after approval and confirmation by Hidden Treasures. Now you are ready to spend them on a new order!

You can always consult the status of your points by logging in and clicking 'your data'

You can use the saving points for a new order.When you have used your saving points in a new order, the next saving points will be calculated on the amount to be, minus the postal cost.

Saving points can only be granted for online purchases at HiddenTreasures.be
Saving points are personal and cannot be passed to other clients.
Saving points cannot be exchanged for money.
Saving points will be granted after your order has been delivered.
When returning goods, your saving points will be adapted to the amount of the goods that have not been returned.
Saving points are valid during a period of one year.
Hidden Treasures has the right to change the Fidelity Program without prior notice.

'Word-of-mouth' advertising is the most powerful form of advertising there is. Referral Points are based on the idea that we should both benefit from your referrals.

When a referred friend places a FIRST TIME order, he will have to enter a referral code during the check out process. This referral code is your registered email address with us. Please make sure you give the right email address to your friend, otherwise we will not be able to grant extra points!

When we receive your referred friend's completed and approved order, we will reward your points account with 100 points, which is 5 euro.

The more FIRST TIME orders we receive from your referrals, the more reward points you will receive.
