If you want to place an order, you need to create an account. Follow the instructions on the first page to do so and to place an order.
You're not used to ordering on internet? We'll help you by explaining the various steps you have to take.
- New account
- Create a new account (see first page)
- Fill out all the necessary fields
- Choose your own password and confirm your account information by clicking on Continue
- You will now receive a confirmation of successful creation of your account. You will also receive an email with this confirmation and with additional information.
- Click on Continue, and you are now on the Top Page again. Now, you are able order.

- Your search
In the left column, you will see various ways to start your search.
You can choose Summer 2008 for example. Or you can immediately choose for a certain size by going to "Go to" and then clicking on Please Select. When you are looking for a particular brand then you can go to "Manufacturers" and choose this brand.
Once you have chosen a particular brand, you will see the whole assortment of this brand. You may need to refine your search by going to the right top "Show - Alle Categories". Now you can click on the size (and sex) you need.
If you have chosen to start your search at "Summer 2008", you will receive an overview of all sizes. Once you have chosen fot "116-6 years" for example, you now have to choose between "boys - unisew - girls". Once chosen for girls, you will see the whole assortment of this size for girls. You may now need to refine your search by going to the right top "Show - All Manufacturers" and choose the brand of your interest.
- Your order
Once you have found the article you were looking for, you can now buy it by clicking on "Buy Now".
The article is now in your shopping cart. This does not mean that you actually bought the article!
You have now two options:- Continue Shopping: as it says, you can continue your shopping trip
- Checkout: you can check out and fill out the necessary fields for paying and shipping.
If you want to pay, please click on "Checkout".
- Check your Shipping Address. If you want the goods to be sent to a different shipping address, please click on "Change Address" and fill out the correct shipping address.
- Now choose your preferred shipping method. For orders within Belgium, we do advise to send via the regular POST, which is fast and reliable. You will receive a tracking code as soon as the parcel is sent, so you can track and trace your order. You can also opt to insure your order, choose then for "Postal Service with insurance". For Clients in the Netherlands, we do advise sending via PACKS. For other countries, you can opt for a Postal Service, or a fast courier (UPS).
- Any comments about your order can be added. Should you want us to send your package after a certain period for reasons of holidays for example.
- Continue by clicking on "Continue".
- Now you can choose the payment method. Up to now, we only offer the possibility to transfer the payment. Please note that transfers within Europa are free of charge. In case of doubt, please contact your bank for additional information.
- If you have point on your account @ HiddenTreasures, you can tick the box to use these point as a partial payment for this order.
- If you were referred to us by a friend, you can now enter her/his email address. That way, she/he will receive extra points.
- Click on "Confirm Order" if you want to confirm your order. If you do not confirm your order, the goods will remain in you shopping cart, but note that we have not reserved the goods!
- Now you will get an overview of your order.

- You now receive the message that your order has been successfully processed.
- You soon will receive an email with this confirmation.
- We now match your order with the real stock. It may happen that an article has just been sold in our shop while you were ordering. Should this happen, we will immediately inform you, but we guarantee you that this rarely happens as both systems are linked.
- As soon as we receive your payment, your package will be sent.
- Paying
We offer payment of your order via (European) Bank transfer, and Credit Card payment.
If payment via Bank transfer, your package will only be sent after receipt of your payment. Should we not receive your payment after one week, you will receive an email to ask for payment. After another week of no receipt, we will cancel your order.
Payment via CreditCard (VISA/MasterCard) is done via an extreme safe connection to OGONE and Atos Worline. After confirmation of your order, you will be invited to introduce your Credit Card number, expiration date, and the safety code, and your order will be sent immediatly.
In case you prefer to cancel your order, even after confirmation, you can do so. We only ask you to confirm this by email. No reasons are to be explained, it is your right to cancel wihtin 7 days after confirmation, but we'd appreciate to hear from you. That way you give us the opportunity to sell the goods to other interested clients.
Clients who order various times without paying, will be banned from our database.
- Shipping
Your package will be shipped in a box in order to protect your goods. This means that the package does not fit in your postal box.
You can always choose to have your package delivered on a different address that your home address.
