1. There are 4 different possibilities to receive your order:

• You can personally pick up your order at our shop in Aalter, Belgium. For further details regarding opening hours, we kindly refer to our site De Verborgen Schat. Of course, no extra costs are taken into account.
• We often work with the Belgian Post (Belgische Post). Our experience: quick and reliable.
• We can offer very quick and reliable shipping to the Netherlands, via PACKS.
• For destinations outside Europe we suggest working with UPS, which is also to be advised for a very quick, but more expensive, delivery within Europe.

Untill now, we have never had any loss of package. Please find out about all costs for various methods of shipping below. Prices in bold are the prices of the cheapest way of shipment:

België Secured means that your shipment is secured for an amount up to 500€, only valid within Belgium

Since it is impossible for us to weigh each article separately, it might happen that you pay more or less than the real postal cost.

Of course, you are always welcome at our shop to pick up our order: De Verborgen Schat, Stationsstraat 12, in 9880 Aalter. Aalter is located between Ghent and Bruges, directly at the exit Aalter. Opening hours: from Tuesday till Saturday from 10 a.m. till 6:30 p.m. On Wednesdays we close between 12 a.m. and 2 p.m. Click here for a detailed road description.

As soon as we receive your payment, we'll send the package. Should you want to receive your package later (in case of a holiday), please just ask by email.

We'd like to point out that you have to take into consideration that certain articles might be discounted when you postpone your delivery. In that case, you cannot claim any refund. Since we are very strict in following the Belgian law concerning reductions (sale), you know exactly when sale is starting.

We try to inform you as much as possible on the different products offered on our website. If anyway you'd like to renounce your purchase, you have this right during a period of 7 days following the day after the conclusion of the purchase.

« The client has the right to communicate that he renounces the purchase, without any extra costs involved, and without any reason, during a period of 7 working days following the day of the purchase ».

In case you want to return your order or part of you order, we ask you to take into account the following rules:

1. All returns have to be announced via email within 7 days after receipt of your order: retour@hiddentreasures.be
2. All announced articles have to be returned to Hidden Treasures, Stationsstraat 12, 9880 Aalter (Belgium) within 1 working day after announcement of your return.
3. All returned articles have to be in perfect condition. We will not accept any goods that are worn, washed, or do not carry the original labels.
4. We do not accept any return of underwear or bathing suits because of hygienic reasons.
5. Articles on sale can be returned, but will not be refunded. Instead of a refund you will receive points for a future order, and volume discounts will be recalculated.
6. All costs for shipment of the returned goods are at your expense. We cannot accept any return with insufficient postage.

Although all articles are thoroughly controlled before shipment, it might happen that we do not notice certain imperfections. An article can even show an imperfection after wearing or washing.

In that case, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible. Please note that we can only accept any complaint after having controlled the article.

We cannot accept any complaint due to wrong handling in washing. We strongly advise you to carefully read the washing instructions. In case of doubt, please ask our advise.

Any postal costs fot returnal are to be paid by our clients, unless the reason for returnal is an impferfection. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, then you do have postal costs. Please take into account that you can always ask for advise. We will be glad to help you with your choice in measuring up lenghts of pants, etc..

The Belgian law concerning sale is quite strict. Many shops though do give sale before the offical period. Since we strongly believe that this is not the perfect way to attract clients, we never give any reduction whatsoever before the offical sale. Not only because of the law as such, but because this is the most correct way in keeping our clients satisfied. Nobody will be pleased in buying something at full price and then finding out that the article is on sale the next day.

Winter Sale starts on January 2nd and Summer Sale start on July 1st. During a full month, it is possible that we give more reduction according to the sales of our stock
